Our Community Center of activity
is called Marwick Place—in honor of James Marwick (the motivating
force for our founding in 1924.) This large assembly hall can seat
as many as 250 people (theater style) or be set up to serve up to
160 diners (at tables). Bordering the assembly hall are two smaller
rooms which can be set up for smaller meetings. There is catering
kitchen to facilitate food service if needed.
The spacious assembly room has an electronic
organ, two grand pianos, a large screen T.V.and an excellent P.A.
system---- all available to enhance gatherings. Several churches,
YMCAs and/or business groups have used this facility for weekend
retreats, staff seminars etc.
