MVGH
offers the community a variety of satisfying and useful volunteer
opportunities, uniquely tailored for both students and adults.
Examples include:
- Assisting our Auxiliary with its bi-annual
sales. Proceeds go to fund needs in our Health Center and Hearth.
- Assisting with activities in the Health
Center such as afternoon tea, bingo, going for walks or visiting
one on one.
- Assisting with daily operating needs whether
you are skilled at repair, gardening or office work, we can always
use an extra hand.
- Giving time and expertise to our development
and public relations efforts.
Students can receive credit for needed
service hours by participating in "Operation Patch", a
structured volunteer service program for ages 15 and up.
