↓ Extended cARE level protocols ↓

The Hearth (Assisted Living), Ranch House (Memory Care), and Health Center (Skilled Nursing) are all open to public admissions

  • Visits: are encouraged! Vaccinated visitors can visit with vaccinated residents, unmasked and without physical distancing, in resident rooms by appointment, with screening required. If either party is unvaccinated, then masks and distancing are required. Virtual visits, plexiglass booth visits, and campus walks are also options.

⚠️ Masks and distancing are still required throughout the extended care level buildings and grounds, regardless of vaccination status. Visitors are only allowed in designated areas and are not allowed in common dining or activity areas.

  • The Beauty Salon: Care levels are assigned dedicated days of the week so as not to overlap with other levels. Services are provided either in our on-site salon, or an outdoor patio area at the resident’s home.

  • Dining & Activities: Fully vaccinated residents may now dine and participate in activities together without masks and distancing. However, if any unvaccinated resident is present, then all residents must wear masks, and the unvaccinated resident should stay 6’ from others.

  • Outings: Residents are free to go out with friends or family members. Regardless of vaccination status, residents should follow masking, distancing and hand washing protocols off campus. If they are gone less than 24 hours and have not had a known exposure to COVID-19 while away, they may return with no restrictions or testing.

If gone more than 24 hours, unvaccinated residents will need to be tested upon return and potentially admitted to the Yellow Zone.

Any resident, regardless of vaccination status, who has been exposed to COVID-19, will need to be tested upon return.
