Auction Item Requests

The following letter and form are used to approach potential sponsors. Sponsorship is a much more personal approach, and we carefully consider and assign each prospect to a Trustee, committee member, or staff person to solicit and follow-up with potential sponsors. We would love your ideas for potential sponsors! Please reach out to Janet Wells or Lindsey Mansis (lmansis@mvgh.org) to discuss a potential sponsorship. We want to make sure we keep track of who is approached so that our messaging is consistent and professional (it looks bad if we approach twice and the second solicitor is not aware of the first!)
